Sometimes a stamp set just makes you want to play, and the Simply Leaves Bundle from Stampin' Up!® is definitely one of those for me! The leaves are big and bold with lots of fun patterns, and the coordinating punch cuts out the larger leaf, making it easy to add layers and dimension to your handmade cards.

For the August Online Card Class, I paired the Simply Leaves Bundle with the 2026–2028 In Color Gingham Gallery Designer Series Paper. I love a good gingham, and the soft patterns work so well with these bold leaf images.

And, as you'll see with the first card, leaves don't necessarily have to stay leaves!

Do you ever have a piece of patterned paper where you love both sides and hate having to choose which one to use? This Horizontal Z-Fold Fun Fold Card solves that problem!

The card starts with a 4" x 12" piece of patterned paper that is scored and folded to create a horizontal Z-fold. As you open the card, you get to see more of the patterned paper, and both sides get a chance to shine.

Sometimes the simplest layouts become the ones you reach for over and over again. This week's card sketch is perfect for using those skinny strips of Designer Series Paper that are too pretty to throw away but too small for most projects.
