The Card Sketch

This week’s card sketch is perfect for showcasing your favorite stamps, dies, and patterned papers.

Card Dimensions and Supplies

• Cardstock: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
• Cardstock or patterned paper: 5 1/4" x 4"
• Coordinating cardstock strip: 3/4" x 2 1/2"
• White or vanilla cardstock: 1 1/2" x 2 1/4"
• Stamps for an image to cut out with dies or scissors
• Optional: Greeting stamp, ink, adhesive, embellishments

Card 1: Decorative Trees and Snowflake Sky

The first card features the Decorative Trees stamp set and dies paired with the beautiful Snowflake Sky 3D embossing folder.

​The Snowflake Sky embossing adds a textured, wintry background, while the Decorative Trees bring a pop of holiday elegance. This design is perfect for sending festive greetings with a handmade touch.

Card 2: Snowy Wonder and Snowy Scenes

For the second card, I paired the Snowy Wonder stamp set and dies with the delightful Snowy Scenes patterned paper.

The patterned paper provides a magical, snowy backdrop, and the Snowy Wonder elements bring charm and detail to this cozy design. For the sample card, I chose a Christmas theme, but it would be great for winter birthdays and thank you notes too!
