There’s something magical about stargazing at summer camp—those late-night chats under the sky, the quiet hum of crickets, and the feeling that anything is possible. And that same kind of magic is packed into tonight’s Camp Wow! project.
For my daughter’s 8th birthday, I made one of these star albums and filled it with a photo from each of her birthdays. It was a little handmade scrapbook that felt like a celebration in itself. These mini albums are perfect as a photo card for big milestones—think weddings, graduations, or birthdays. Plus, they open up into a dimensional star when tied back together!

The Star of the Show!

For Night 3 of Camp Wow!, we’re creating a star-shaped mini album—a 3D paper project that folds flat for storage but expands into a 6-pointed star when opened and tied back. It’s a show-stopping way to showcase your favorite memories.

My version is birthday themed, using the Not 29 Anymore and Impressions Abloom stamp sets with the fun, colorful Turtle-y Cute patterned paper from Stampin’ Up!®. I used a bright combo of Cherry Cobbler, Crushed Curry, Darling Duckling, and Balmy Blue to make the project pop.
