I love using monochromatic color schemes for elegant handmade cards like these Christmas cards using the Decorative Trees stamp set and dies. The simple color scheme just seems to automatically add elegance.

If you like this stamp set, I'll be using it again for the October Online Card Class. You can earn the make n' take kit for free when you order at least $75 in Stampin' Up!®️ product through me in September. Or, you can register for the make n' take kit here.

I shared how to make these cards during my Thursday night YouTube live this week. If you missed it, you can catch the replay below. I also have more photos and the complete supply list for these cards. So, on y go! Let's get stamping.

Video Tutorial for these Christmas Cards

Here's the step-by-step video tutorial to make the handmade Christmas card below. Plus, I share info about making the other two cards too!
Elevate your holiday greetings with this elegant handmade Christmas card featuring the stunning Decorative Trees bundle from Stampin' Up!®️. Adorned in a beautiful white and gold color combination, this card exudes sophistication and warmth. Perfect for sharing the spirit of the season, it showcases intricate tree designs and delicate accents that capture the magic of Christmas. Whether for family, friends, or colleagues, this card is sure to leave a lasting impression. Get inspired to create your own festive masterpiece!

Simply Elegant Christmas Card

What could be more elegant than white and gold? It's just so pretty! For this first card, I embossed the front of the card base with the Distressed Tile 3D embossing folder. Quick tip, if you want to emboss the front of your card base, it's easiest to make your card fold at the top. So this card base is 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2".

To save gold foil cardstock, I cut the trees and stars from the center of the gold layers. There is also a layer of gold on the inside of the card, so there is plenty of space to cut both.

Peaceful Snowy Christmas Card

For my other two card samples using the Decorative Trees bundle, I used the Winter Meadow patterned paper from Stampin' Up! This paper was in last years September-December Mini Catalog, but it's still available online. And it is perfect for creating peaceful snowy Christmas cards!

I embossed the trees with white embossing powder on Misty Moonlight cardstock. Then, I added some of the Lose Snowflakes with Mini Glue Dots. I stamped the sentiment on a piece cut with the Stylish Shapes dies.
❄️ Create a serene holiday atmosphere with this handmade Christmas card featuring the Decorative Trees bundle and Winter Meadow patterned paper from Stampin' Up!®️. The calming monochromatic blue and white color combination evokes a peaceful snowy landscape, perfect for capturing the essence of winter. This card highlights beautiful tree designs paired with delicate patterns, making it an ideal way to spread holiday cheer. Inspire your creativity and bring a touch of tranquility to your seasonal greetings! □□
Celebrate the season with this vibrant handmade Christmas card featuring the Decorative Trees bundle and Winter Meadow patterned paper from Stampin' Up!®️. Using a stunning monochromatic palette of Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock, this card showcases fun patterned Christmas trees that have been expertly die-cut for a playful touch. Perfect for sending festive cheer to friends and family, it combines creativity with holiday spirit. Get inspired and craft your own unique holiday greetings!

More Monochromatic Christmas Trees

For these Christmas trees, I cut out the solid tree from the Winter Meadow patterned paper. Then, I added the detailed trees cut from Lost Lagoon cardstock.

For all of these die-cut Christmas trees, make sure to add some adhesive sheet to your cardstock before cutting out the detailed dies. It makes it so much easier to adhere them to the solid trees!
