Do you ever sit down to stamp and your mind just goes blank? Like… totally blank. You want to create something fun and handmade (maybe even impress your sister-in-law), but the creative mojo just isn’t showing up. That’s exactly why I love using card sketches—and this week’s Stamp with Me Tuesday features a super simple layout that can work for any theme, color combo, or stamp set in your stash.

If you’re feeling creatively stuck or just want a quick and easy win, this sketch is the perfect jumping-off point. In this week’s video, I shared four completely different cards—from Halloween to weddings--all using the same layout. Thank You with Perfectly Pears

This card is a moody, elegant twist on fruit-themed stamping. I went vertical with this layout and paired the new Perfectly Pears stamp set with the coordinating Painterly Pears patterned paper—both brand new Online Exclusive items released July 1! I stamped the little pears in Secret Sea and Darling Duckling, added Old Olive speckles, and colored the leaves with Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends.

The finishing touches? I pulled strands from the Petal Pink Braided Trim and tied a sweet little bow, then added Secret Sea Sparkle Dots to bring out that rich, dramatic vibe.

Create a fun and festive Halloween card using the new Spooky Sweet Designer Series Paper and Fright Night stamps. This easy card sketch is perfect for using up paper scraps and die-cut accents!

Halloween Fun with Spooky Sweet

This one’s for the Halloween lovers! I used the Spooky Sweet Designer Series Paper (another Online Exclusive!) along with the Fright Night stamp set for the sentiment. That adorable haunted house scene? It’s straight from the patterned paper—no stamping required!

I popped it up and added shimmer star foam stickers for a little sparkle. Classic Halloween colors—Pumpkin Pie, Black, and White—keep things traditional but fun. And those little eyes peeking through the windows on the patterned paper? Love it.

Birthday Cheer with Encircled with Love

This birthday card is bold, bright, and a little unexpected! I paired the Encircled with Love stamp set with the Turtle-y Cute Designer Series Paper--but I only used the B-sides (stripes and dots), so no turtles here.

I gave the sentiment some extra pop by stamping it twice, fussy-cutting the gift from one, and layering it with a Stampin’ Dimensional. The Antique Pearls got a Cherry Cobbler makeover with a Stampin’ Blend to perfectly match the card. Easy and fun!
Here’s a bold birthday card idea using Encircled with Love and the B-sides of Turtle-y Cute DSP from Stampin' Up!®️ - no turtles, just cheerful stripes and dots! Follow a quick card sketch for big creative impact.

Get a sneak peek of the Peaceful Garden suite from Stampin’ Up!®--coming in the 2025 Mini Catalog! This wedding card is soft and elegant with dreamy blues and delicate floral embellishments, made using a versatile card sketch.

Wedding Elegance with Peaceful Garden

This one’s a sneak peek of the new Peaceful Garden Suite coming in the September–December 2025 Mini Catalog. The suite is great for Christmas, but it also makes stunning wedding, sympathy, and thinking of you cards.

The Peaceful Garden DSP is full of serene shades—Cloud Cover, Secret Sea, Misty Moonlight—and I used the Hues of Blue Flowers as embellishments. These slightly translucent flowers are self-adhesive and give just the right amount of texture and softness for a wedding card.
