Another Wrinkle Wiser

The first card brings a little humor to birthdays with the sentiment: Happy Birthday, Another Wrinkle Wiser. This adorable card features a pug wearing a party hat—because what’s a birthday without a cute dog? And all those pug wrinkles play along with the sentiment.

For this card, I used the Botanical Textures patterned paper in a color scheme of black, Pool Party, and Melon Mambo. The Meant to Bee dies created the hexagon shape behind the pug, adding a modern touch. To bring in some extra texture, I embossed a strip of Pool Party cardstock using the Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder.

Bandstand Fun Fold Birthday Card

The second card features a fun fold design with a festive birthday cake and a simple Happy Birthday sentiment. But, don't worry - you can add a funny sentiment to the back! This stamp set has so many to choose from. The color scheme is black and Melon Mambo, making it bold and celebratory.

To decorate the card front, I cut hexagons using the Meant to Bee dies, which create both a solid hexagon and a matching hexagon frame. To add a pop of extra color, I used my Melon Mambo Stampin' Blends to hand-draw pink lines onto the patterned paper.

Aging Fine Like Cheese and Wine

The third card is perfect for the wine and cheese lover in your life! The sentiment reads: Aging fine like cheese and wine and is paired with an image of a wine bottle, glass, cheese, and grapes.

For this design, I took the black and white Botanical Textures patterned paper and added a custom touch by coloring the leaves with Granny Apple Green and Old Olive Stampin' Blends. To match the embellishments, I also colored the Neutral Matte Dots with the dark Old Olive Stampin' Blend—a great trick for coordinating your accents perfectly with your project!
