Send warm thoughts this fall with this gorgeous handmade

Simply Elegant Thinking of You Card

This thinking of you card is simply elegant with lots of touches of gold. I started by embossing the Season of Elegance patterned paper with the Changing Leaves embossing folder from Stampin' Up!

Then, I added die-cut leaves and some of the woven gold leaves. The simple color scheme of Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Pecan Pie makes this card so classy!

Elegant Fun Fold Thank You Card

Here's a simple fun fold thank you card that is equally elegant. The gold accents on the Season of Elegance Designer Series Paper are gorgeous! I added embossed leaves and a gold foil circle to tie in with the gold in the patter paper.

I wrapped the card with a belly band that is Pretty Peacock to match the card. The focal point of the of the large leaf and sentiment is adhered to the gold circle on the center of the belly band.

Rock & Roll Technique

For this last Changing Leaves card design, I used the rock & roll rubber stamping technique. This is a super easy way to get multiple colors on your stamped image.

Start by inking the stamp with the lighter colored ink. I used Wild Wheat. Then, roll the edges in a darker colored ink. I did the edges of my leaves with Old Olive ink. Then, stamp the image on your cardstock. Beautiful blended colors!
