This month’s Online Card Class is all about taking one bundle – the Springtime Scenes bundle – and turning it into three completely different handmade cards. We’ve got a quick everyday card, a wow-factor fun fold, and a sweet “new beginnings” card that works for so many occasions.

And yes… one of these is a fun fold that looks fancy but is absolutely doable. You’ve got this.

Keep reading for all the card details and to grab the tutorial bundle if you missed the class.

You can see all three cards come together step-by-step in the video below.
Missed the Class? Grab the Tutorial Bundle

If you weren’t able to join us for the April Online Card Class, don’t worry – you can still make all three cards.

The full tutorial bundle is now available in my tutorial store, so you can follow along at your own pace and recreate each project step-by-step.
Bright and cheerful handmade card using the Homemade Sweetness Designer Series Paper and Springtime Scenes bundle. Features a ladybug image, embossed background, and notebook-style sentiment.

You Brighten My Day

This card is such a happy little mix of patterns and texture.

I used the Homemade Sweetness Designer Series Paper paired with the Ladybug Picnic embossing folder, and honestly… these were made to go together. The subtle texture in the background adds just enough interest without competing with the patterned paper.

The notebook-style paper for the sentiment is one of my favorite details. It gives the card a casual, almost scrapbook feel – like you just jotted down a note to someone you love. Add in that cute little ladybug and some Stampin' Dimensionals, and you’ve got a card that feels thoughtful without being complicated.

Easel Fun Fold with Leafy Circle

This is the one that gets the “wait… how did you do that?” reaction.

This easel-style fun fold has a twist – the front panel folds in half, which lets that leafy circle die-cut stand right up in the center of the card. It’s such a cool way to show off that die without making things overly complicated.

The color combo of Lost Lagoon and Soft Sea Foam keeps everything soft and springy, and those little white flowers with the Petal Pink centers? Just enough detail to make the focal point pop without overthinking it.

If you’ve been wanting to try a fun fold but didn’t want anything fussy, this is a great place to start.

Celebrate New Beginnings

This one is simple, sweet, and incredibly versatile.

Think new baby, new job, wedding, fresh start… this card covers all of it.

I went back to the Homemade Sweetness Designer Series Paper for this one (because when it works, it works), and paired it with a bold leafy focal point colored with Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends. That pop of green against the Misty Moonlight and Secret Sea background really stands out.

The sentiment tag, cut with the Springtime Scenes dies, pulls everything together and gives it that finished look without adding bulk.

Coming Next – May Online Card Class

Next month’s class is going to be so much fun.

We’ll be creating three new cards using the Cutest Crew bundle – think playful, lighthearted, and just plain fun designs.

You can:
  • Register for the May Online Card Class, or
  • Earn it FREE with a $100 order in April

If you’re already planning to grab some new supplies, this is a no-brainer way to get even more value.

Let's Chat!

Which card is your favorite – the quick and cute ladybug, the fun fold, or the new beginnings card?

Drop a comment and let me know. And if you make one of these, I definitely want to see it.
