Hi, I’m Heidi Collins—your Stampin’ Up!® demonstrator and the creative heart behind On Y Go! Stamping.
I’ve been stamping, scrapbooking, and paper crafting for more than 20 years, and I believe everyone is artistic (yes, even if you don’t feel that way yet!). My passion is helping women rediscover their creativity through handmade cards, rubber stamping, and DIY paper crafts that wow friends and family while giving you a joyful, creative outlet. I originally joined Stampin’ Up!® in 1998 when I fell in love with the magic of matching inks, papers, and stamps. For 10 years I taught, created, and connected before stepping away in 2008 to focus on grad school and raising my kids. In 2019, I came back—and I’ve been sharing stamping joy online ever since. Crafting has been part of my life through all its ups and downs, and I love showing others how it can spark creativity, confidence, and fun. Through On Y Go! Stamping, you’ll find:
My goal is to make cardmaking simple, fun, and confidence-boosting—because the world needs more happy mail and more creativity! 👉 Ready to start stamping? Check out my online classes & events, browse the latest Stampin’ Up!® catalog, or join my email list for free weekly tutorials. I’d love to help you on your creative journey! |
Why On Y Go! Stamping?
My business name comes from a little ‘franglais’ phrase - On Y Go! - which means ‘let’s go!’ in a mix of French and English. Since I also teach French, it was the perfect fit! It reflects my approach to crafting: dive in, try new things, and don’t be afraid to play. Everyone is creative, and On Y Go! Stamping is here to help you rediscover that spark.
Stampin’ Up!® Awards & Achievements
I’m honored to be recognized by Stampin’ Up!® for accomplishments in sales, leadership, and team building. These awards reflect my passion for stamping and the supportive crafting community at On Y Go! Stamping.
Purchase my handmade cardsIn addition to sharing cardmaking tutorials and inspiration on my blog, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube, I also sell some of my handmade cards and paper crafts at Made UP North, a café and artisan shop in Roscommon, Michigan. While most of my classes and tutorials are online, I love having a local spot where my creations sit alongside other northern Michigan artists’ work—it’s just one more way I get to share the joy of handmade.

The very long story of how I got here...
People often ask how I first got into Stampin’ Up!®, so here’s the story.
It all started over 25 years ago when my sister-in-law introduced me to rubber stamping. Together we made my daughter’s baby announcements, and I was hooked. Soon after, she sent me a Stampin’ Up!® catalog, and I pored over it for hours. At the time, I was scrapbooking regularly and quickly realized how stamping could make my albums even more special.
After months of drooling over the catalog, I finally purchased the starter kit—not nearly the amazing deal it is today! My plan was simple: meet people and cover my crafting costs. For 10 years, I loved every moment, made lifelong friends, and built a little business of my own.
In 2008, I stepped away to focus on grad school and raising my kids. Life was full, but I missed crafting deeply—so much that my hands itched to create. The day I mailed my thesis, I re-joined Stampin’ Up!® for the joy of playing with stamps and paper again.
I had no intention of teaching or building a business. But I shared my cards online, started a Facebook group, and when the pandemic gave me extra time, I leaned in. I began creating videos, sending newsletters, and teaching online classes—and something amazing happened.
What started as a way to get my own creative fix grew into a community of crafters, friends, and students. Today, I get to inspire others, keep learning, and share joy through stamping. And I’m so grateful you’re here to be part of it!
