3 Cards with the Gorgeously Made Stamp Set for the May Online Card Class

For the May online card class, we used the Gorgeously Made stamp set with the Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper. This patterned paper is absolutely gorgeous! And the perfect backdrop for making some easy handmade cards.

Simple Handmade Thank You Card

I love how the Masterfully Made patterned paper creates a beautiful backdrop on this card. It has a torn paper effect on it that is simply beautiful. 

I added a piece of Berry Burst cardstock that I tore at the top and die-cut the bottom with the Gorgeously Made dies. Then, I added a die-cut leaf to the front. Use an adhesive sheet on the back of the leaf before die-cutting to make it easy to adhere tot he card front.

Angled Z-Fold Fun Fold Card Design

This angled z-fold card is pretty easy to make. But it's a lot easier to show you how to put it together and cut the angled edges properly than it is to tell you. So be sure to watch the video tutorial to see how to get accurate cuts for the top of the layers.

Use the Kissing Stamping Technique for a Textured Look

It's a little hard to see, but I used the kissing rubber stamping technique on the large leaf on this card. Start by inking the stamp with Lost Lagoon ink. Then, ink up the distressed text stamp with Pretty Peacock and stamp onto the leaf. This will leave some of the Pretty Peacock text on the leaf when you stamp the leaf on the white cardstock.
