I love using the Tailor Made Tags dies from Stampin' Up!®, scraps of patterned paper, and various stamp sets to create handmade gift tags for Christmas. They are easy to make and I love combining different stamp sets to create different looks. For this first set, I used the Jingle Jingle Jingle and Framed & Festive stamp sets. But I used a bunch of different Christmas stamp sets for the tags below.
Do you love wrapping presents and making them extra special for each person? Or do you want to personalize some gift bags? Handmade tags are perfect! They are like a mini greeting card on every gift.
I shared how to make a couple of these tags during this week's YouTube live. If you missed it, check out the replay to see how easy it is to make these fun Christmas Gift Tags.
And of course, I have lots more photos for you below. So, on y go! Let's get stamping.
Have I told you how much I love this Yeti to Party stamp set from Stampin' Up!? It's great for making holiday cards, but it's also perfect for making wintery birthday cards or thinking of you cards or even a Valentine's day card. That fuzzy big foot is just so cute and has so many fun accessories to help him celebrate.
But, if you haven't gotten this yeti yet, don't wait! He's only available while supplies last or until January 4, whichever comes first. I'm going to miss him so much.
And, I've got some great handmade card ideas that you can make with this fabulous stamp set. We used these stamps for the November online card class. You can watch the replay and if you'd like the tutorials, you can get them from my Tutorial Store.
The next online card class won't be until January. I'm going to be offering something special in December - Sale-A-Brate the Holidays from December 27 to January 5. I'll go live 8 nights at 8pm Eastern with ideas using 8 different Sale-A-Bration items. You won't want to miss this! Make sure you're subscribed to my YouTube channel so you don't miss it.
Every year, I seem to give more and more gift cards for Christmas, birthday, weddings, and pretty much every occasion. So, I love a good gift card holder, especially if it is also a fun fold card. And I've got a super easy one for you! You can keep these simple or jazz them up as much as you want.
We made these fun fold cards during this week's Stamp with Me Tuesday. If you missed, watch the replay to see just how easy they cards are to make!
I have two different sample card ideas for you - a Christmas card idea and a wedding card idea using some new stamps, dies, and patterned paper. And of course, I have a FREE downloadable quick reference guide for this fun fold card for you below so that you can save this idea for later. And, I have the supply lists.
I got a big box of new stamps, papers, dies, and embellishments from the 2023 January-April Mini Catalog from Stampin' Up!® and the Sale-A-Bration brochure. I couldn't resist pulling out some of the new goodies and trying them out!
I also did a live unboxing video over in my Facebook group which I have now reposted to YouTube - you'll have to forgive my appearance - it was very spur of the moment. Seriously, I just couldn't wait to rip into this box. lol.
The Sweet Citrus bundle was one of my favorite new items that I pulled out of the box, so I grabbed it to make a couple of bright and cheery cards. The new Dandy Designs patterned paper from the Sale-A-Bration brochure provided a great background for these oranges and lemons. These cards were the perfect anecdote to the dark and snowy weather happening outside my window.
I've got more information on these cards below, so click the more button and on y go! Let's get stamping.
During tonight's live YouTube demonstration, I showed how to create a gorgeous ink blended background using blending brushes and Classic Stampin' Pads. You can see the card that I made w during the event below. It has a little bit different color scheme than the one I had originally planned, so let me know which one you like better!
This background is perfect for a snowy holiday card like this one that I made with the Joyful Flurry stamp set from Stampin' Up!® But it works great for a floral card as well, like this one that I made with the new Beautifully Happy stamp set. This set will be available for FREE in January as part of Sale-A-Bration 2022. I wonder what other types of stamps you could use with this same background technique?
If you missed the video tutorial where I showed exactly how to do this rubber stamping technique, you can watch it here. I also shared a stack of sample handmade cards that I received this weekend. There are so many amazing cards! You don't want to miss it.
