With 5 Tuesdays in August, we got to do a second round of Mystery Stamping for Stamp with Me Tuesday. As always, we had a fun time creating cards. Head over to my Facebook group to see some of the cards that others created.
This card is based on a simple card sketch and uses patterned paper to make a quick and easy impact. You'll find the card sketch below. I also have a free downloadable quick reference guide for it below, so that you can have the dimensions if you want to use this card design again later.

Cardstock: 3 5/8” x 2 5/8”

Have you seen the Celebrate with Tags stamp set and coordinating dies in the July-December 2022 Mini Catalog from Stampin' Up!®? I love them because they will work for a variety of occasions throughout the year. And while the dies for stamps are pretty awesome, including a couple of tags and a pocket tag, the stamps can be used on their own and are great for beginners.
We'll be using the Celebrate with Tags bundle (stamp set & dies) for an Exclusive Online Class in September. The 5 cards that we make for that class won't be shown anywhere on social media, so if you'd like to make them, be sure to register.
I thought you'd like a little peek at these awesome stamps, so I've made three cards ranging from super simple, using just stamps, ink, and paper, to Wow! with the coordinating dies and other products. Nothing in card making is hard, some of it just requires more time and supplies.
If you missed my YouTube live, you can watch the replay to see how I made these cards. Ok, on y go! Let's get stamping.
For the September online card class, we used the Simply Fabulous stamp set. If you've visited a few times before, you probably already know how much I LOVE these rubber stamps! They really are simply fabulous! The font of the sentiments immediately caught my eye and I wasn't disappointed when I started using it. The flowers are easy to stamp and creating handmade cards with these stamps is a breeze. Seriously, if you haven't ordered it yet, what are you waiting for?
If you missed Tuesdays class, you can watch the replay and the tutorials are available in my Tutorial Store. The tutorials have all of the measurements and supplies listed. There is both the 3 card tutorial from Tuesday and I have an additional 6-card tutorial bundle that I added back in June. I've got you covered with lots of ideas for using these stamps!
Below you will find all of the supply lists for these cards as well as more photos of the sample card ideas. So, on y go! Let's get stamping.
When I saw a friend give another friend this fun fold card last week, I knew I had to share it with you! Because I've never seen it before, I have no idea what it is called. So, I'm dubbing it the Vertical Double fold card. It is a perfect way to show off that gorgeous patterned paper you've got in your stash. And it's so easy to make!
One thing that I love about this card is that the base is just a vertical half sheet of cardstock. Some fun fold cards end up using a large portion of an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of cardstock leaving you with smaller scraps. But, you could make a complete card with one sheet of cardstock with this design. (Of course then you wouldn't get contrasting colors, so maybe make two cards with two sheets!)
We made this card during this week's Stamp with Me Tuesday - Fabulous Fun Folds. If you'd like to see exactly how to do the fold, watch the video replay. I've also got a FREE downloadable Quick-Reference Guide for you below.
I have three different card samples and photos of the open card below, as well as all of the supply lists for these projects. Click Read More to see everything.
