I love, love, LOVE the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper pack from Stampin' Up! This amazing patterned paper is absolutely gorgeous. The color combinations are stunning and work for any season, even though this paper pack is in the August-December Mini Catalog. There is such a variety of color combinations from bright, to earthy, to black and white. If you love plaid, this 6" x 6" paper stack is for you!
I'm hopping with the Pretty Cards and Papers International Design Team again today. I love blog hopping with these fabulous designers! This month, everyone is using either the Plaid Tidings or the Gilded Autumn patterned papers. Both of these paper packs are awesome and the handmade cards that everyone has made with them are fabulous too! I hope you'll take a few minutes and click through the whole hop to see all of their work. You'll find the full list of designers at the end of this post.
So, on y go! Let's get stamping. Simple Card Idea with the Rooted In Nature Stamp Set
I stamped the greeting from the Peaceful Moments stamp set with Blackberry Bliss ink on a Whisper White circle cut with the Stitched Shape dies. I adhered the leaves under the sentiment and added a bow made with Linen Thread. Then, I adhered the greeting circle using Stampin' Dimensionals over the ends of the leaves and the center of the bow. To finish the card, I added some Bumblebee Enamel Dots.
The bow on this card is gold cord from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo pack. I also added a few iridescent pearls which work perfectly on this card.
Thanks for visiting my blog today. I hope you'll take the time to check out all of the amazing designers for today's Pretty Cards & Papers International Design Team blog hop.
