A Simple Card Sketch Makes Card Making Easy

This week's Mystery Stamping was based on a simple card sketch. I love card sketches for quick card making! These samples use the Garden Greenhouse, Ocean of Inspiration, Cactus Cuties, and Happiness Abounds stamp sets from Stampin' Up!® You'll find the cutting dimensions and supply lists below. 

I hope you'll join me next Tuesday night at 8pm Eastern for my next Mystery Stamping event either on YouTube or in the On Y Go! Stamping Facebook group. I'll post the first clue on Monday evening with the cutting dimensions to create a card. You dig in your stash and prepare your supplies. Then, during the live card making event, I'll give you step-by-step instructions to create a handmade card.

Garden Greenhouse Card Idea

This first card design uses the Garden Greenhouse stamp set. This fabulous set is in the 2022 January-June Mini Catalog. I also used the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper on this card. I love this patterned paper so much! It will be discontinued soon though, so be sure to grab some before it's gone.

Happiness Abounds Card Design

Here's a little sneak peek of the new Happiness Abounds stamp set from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog. It is part of the Hues of Happiness suite along with this patterned paper. The supply list is below, but it does not include the stamp set or the patterned paper because it will not be available until May 3, 2022.

Card Idea with Waves of Inspiration

Have you seen the new Waves of Inspiration stamp set? It features this gorgeous dramatic wave. The stamp set is available now and will be in the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog, but the coordinating Waves of the Ocean patterned paper is only available while supplies last or until May 3. 

This patterned paper was made from pour paintings and it is absolutely gorgeous. It's perfect for so many different cards!

Cactus Cuties Card Idea

This last card uses the Cactus Cuties stamp set. I stamped the pot in Cajun Craze ink and the leaves in Evening Evergreen. I stamped the leaves twice before reinking to create a two tone effect.

I combined this cute stamp set with the Bloom Where You're Planted patterned paper to create an elegant plant card.
