April Online Card Class: Latte Love!

Do you know someone who loves coffee? I'm pretty sure that we all do! The April Online Card Class focused on coffee-themed cards using the Latte Love stamp set from Stampin' Up!®️ This fun stamp set is great for creating thank you cards and little cards just to say hello to a friend.

You're the Best Part of My Day Handmade Card

While some days it seems like the best part of waking up is Folger's in my cup, the best part of the day is really the other people in our lives. This is such a fun sentiment to send to someone to let them know just how much they mean to you!

I stamped the coffee mug in Calypso Coral ink and then I colored it with Petal Pink ink. I stamped the sentiment with Early Espresso and then I colored around it with Pecan Pie. I went over the Pecan Pie coffee with the color lifter to fade it out a little. 

Coffee-Themed Fun Fold Card with a Gift Card Holder

I love this fun fold card design because it starts with a normal 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" card base. But, I cut the card front and folded it to create a gift card holder on the front of the card. This would be such a great card to send with a gift card for your local coffee shop tucked inside.

I used the same mug stamp that I used in the first card. I added a mug in Lost Lagoon and colored with Lost Lagoon Stampin' Blends. This time, I stamped the coffee in the mug with Pecan Pie ink leaving the foam design showing.

​Inside the card, there is lots of space for creating a message. I added some coffee splotches stamped in Pecan Pie to carry the theme through the card.

Coffee-Themed Thank You Card

This last handmade coffee-themed card is a fun thank you card. Just like the other two cards, I made this card with the A Latte Love Designer Series Paper. I love how the patterned paper carries through the coffee images, but I also love this plaid piece that is in the pack!

This card shows the side view of a coffee mug which is one of the other stamps in the Latte Love stamp set. I also used the now retired Radiating Stitches dies for the circle on this card, but you could substitute the NEW Spotlight on Nature dies.
