They weren't lying when they named this stamp set Cutest Cows - they are definitely the cutest! During this week's Thursday night live, I shared how to use a blending brush with masking to create a background for one of these cute little cows.

If you love these cows as much as I do, you won't want to miss the February Online Card Class where we'll be making three more cards with this super cute bundle.

If you missed the YouTube live, you can find the replay below. You'll also find the link to the complete supply list for these cards. Ok, on y go! Let's get stamping.

Video Tutorial for Masking & Blending

Here's the replay of the video tutorial where I showed exactly how to use a blending brush with masking to create the card below. You'll love how easy it is!

Cardmaking Technique: Masking & Blending

I love this adorable cow sitting on a hill! To create the background for this cow, I started by stamping the cows body on my piece of Basic White. Then, I stamped it on a piece of masking paper.

I used my paper snips to cut around the body of the cow that was stamped on masking paper. When you're doing masking, you want to cut on the line or just inside the line. I put the mask over the cow and added some straight pieces at the ends. I added Granny Apple Green ink with a blending brush. I moved the straight pieces to cover the green, and added Pool Party ink with a blending brush to the top.

Holy Cow! Congratulations!

Here's another cute brown cow standing in front of a field of pink sunflowers. One of the best things about the Cutest Cows stamp set is that it has a coordinating punch. I used the punch to punch out the body and the head to easily add them to the front of my card.

For all of these cards, I chose a color combination of Petal Pink and Pecan Pie. I used the Glorious Gingham Designer Series Paper to add a fun gingham to the background of my cards.

What do you think, is it ok to have pink sunflowers?
Holy Cow! Check out the Cutest Cows stamp set from Stampin' Up!®️ These cows really are the cutest especially when you punch them out with the coordinating paper punch.

Congratulations Chickie!

Even though the cows are the star of the show, there are some other fun animals in the Cutest Cows stamp set like these adorable chickens.

I made a whole family of chickens and added a sentiment. This would make a fun card to welcome a new baby!
