I love using line images to do this great cardmaking technique - collage stamping. There's no need to color images. Just stamp and layer colors and add a little ink blending. So, on y go! Let's get stamping.
Collage card making technique: layer stamped images with stenciling and ink blending to create beautiful backgrounds. Includes card samples made with the Quiet Meadow, Forever Fern, Enjoy the Moment, and Dragonfly Garden stamp sets from Stampin' Up!
Collage stamping is a great cardmaking technique for creating beautiful backgrounds. This card design is made with the NEW Quiet Meadow stamp set and dies from the upcoming 2021-2022 Stampin' Up! Catalog.

New Quiet Meadow Bundle is perfect for this Cardmaking Technique

The new Quiet Meadow stamp set and coordinating dies are perfect for this cardmaking technique. The outline images are stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink and Soft Suede ink. There is a block of words in this set that purposely blotchy and uneven. It is perfect for stamping in the background. And the silhouettes cut with the Meadow dies add a beautiful focal image.

Enjoy the Moment Collage

The Enjoy the Moment stamp set paired with the Forever Fern stamp set also works beautiful with the collage stamping technique. I have this stamp set in French, but it is available in English too. I tied the front with the Forever Greenery Ribbon Combo Pack. This is being retired and is one of my absolute favorites! I highly recommend picking up a pack or two before they're gone.

Dragonfly Garden Collage Card Design

Dragonflies and wildflowers accentuate this collage card idea. The sentiment is stamped on a piece of Soft Suede cardstock cut with the Tasteful Labels dies. The focal point dragonfly is colored with Stampin' Blends and a little Wink of Stella. I love the three little ladybug trinkets. They balance the dragonfly focal point beautifully.
