Clever Cats Card Ideas for Halloween and beyond

​I have some fabulous Halloween card ideas for you using the Clever Cats stamp set. These were the cards that we made for the September Card Class & Game Night. Our next card class will use the Whimsical Trees stamp set on October 26. I hope you'll make plans to join us for this fun evening of card making and games!

Jack o' Lantern Card Design

This fun Halloween card has a jack o' lantern wearing a witches hat. I love the way the inside stamp for the pumpkin doesn't match up entirely giving the jack o' lantern a rather cheeky look. 

I embossed the Basic Black cardstock with Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder. Then, I flicked Wink Stella over the card front to create silver specks. This matches the Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon. To finish the look, I added a few of the Cute Stars adhesive-back sequins.

Cute Cat Card Idea

With three little spiders looking on, this cute black cat is peeping out of his jack o' lantern hiding spot. A bit of the Cute Halloween 6" x 6" patterned paper for a fun stripe along the bottom.

Fat Cat Card Design

If a cat fits, he sits, right? This fat cat thinks he fits in this tiny box. This fun fold card is sure to brighten someone's day! 

I embossed the Kraft paper with the Painted Texture 3D embossing folder to recreate the look of rumpled packing paper. This juxtaposes the floral patterned paper well to create the mix of elegance and ridiculousness, just like this silly cat.
