I love card sketches! Especially ones that use patterned paper like this one. Card sketches make it so easy to make handmade cards quickly! I used this basic design and tweaked it a bit to create three completely different cards.

Create an easy handmade card for fall with a simple card sketch, rubber stamps, and patterned paper. This fun fall card design uses the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set from Stampin' Up! in Pumpkin Pie and Mango Melody.

Easy card design for fall

For my first design, I created a card for autumn using the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set from Stampin' Up! I used Mango Melody and Pumpkin Pie as the colors for the leaves and the papers. Then, I added some brushed metallic dots for a little pop.

Cardstock: 5 ½” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”
Coordinating Cardstock: 4 ½” x 3 ½”
White or Vanilla Cardstock: (3) 1” x 2 ¾”
Patterned Paper: 4 ¼” x 3 ¼”
Coordinating Patterned Paper: (2) 1 ¼” x 5 ¼”

My second design is a Christmas card idea using the Whimsical Trees stamp set. I cut the Basic White cardstock for the Christmas trees with the Tailor Made Tags dies then added a little ribbon to the top for a festive look.

Floral Card in Fall Colors

For my last card, I stamped the flowers from the Nature's Harvest stamp set before I cut the piece of Basic White cardstock into three pieces. I also colored it with Stampin' Blends alcohol markers before cutting. I love how easy it is to blend colors with the Stampin' Blends! It's my favorite way to color.
