Looking to make some quick handmade cards? Nothing's better than patterned paper for quick cardmaking. And the Ready to Ride Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up!®️ provides so many possibility for cute cards!

It's part of the Ready to Ride suite and coordinates with the Legendary Ride stamp set and dies which are perfect for motorcycle lovers. But, when I saw some of the patterned paper, I couldn't help but think of the retro feel of the Nothing's Better Than stamp set which then led me to tacos and the Taco Fiesta stamp set.

Time for Taco Tuesday!

Want to invite some one out for a taco Tuesday night on the town? For this handmade card, I combined the Ready to Ride patterned paper with the Taco Fiesta and Nothing's Better Than stamp sets. Then, I added in die-cut letters made with the Alphabet à la Mode dies. And, I couldn't help but throw in a piece cut with the Radiating Stitches dies. These are quickly becoming a go-to favorite in my craft room!

While I love showing you how to make cards with just one stamp set, sometimes it's fun to go a little crazy and combine lots of stamps and dies!

Time for Some Coffee

I actually made this card before the previous one. The image on the patterned paper reminded me of the mid-century modern feel of the Nothing's Better Than stamp set and Love You More dies. I love how well they go together!

I stamped the sentiment and coffee cups in Soft Suede with Pumpkin Pie on Very Vanilla cardstock to match the patterned paper. To create extra depth on the dies, I layered three die-cut "coffees."
Take a step back to a simpler time with this retro-inspired handmade card. Featuring the Ready to Ride DSP, Alphabet à la Mode dies, and the Nothing's Better Than stamp set from Stampin' Up!, this card is sure to bring a smile to the recipient in no time. With its bold colors and classic images, this one-of-a-kind design will take anyone back to a time of carefree fun.

Easy Handmade Card for Men

Here's a super easy handmade card idea for men. The image here is from the Ready to Ride patterned paper. I added the sentiment from the Nothing's Better Than stamp set and die-cut the letters with the Alphabet à la Mode dies in Basic Black and Very Vanilla.

To help the letters stand out from the black and vanilla background, I layered the Very Vanilla die-cut letters on top of the Basic Black ones. I off-set them slightly so that the black peeks out on the left side creating a shadow.

Bonus Brushed Bouquet Card

So, when I was getting ready for this week's Thursday Night live, I had planned to feature the Brushed Bouquet stamp set and dies. I loved the look of the embossed die-cuts. They really are gorgeous in person!

But.... it just wasn't coming together. I was having trouble creating cards that I was happy with. I did create this one though. I die-cut the roses and then rubbed over the top with Soft Pastels to darken the raised areas. I layered it on the Ready to Ride DSP and added a sentiment embossed in silver from the Kind & Sincere stamp set.
Are you ready for your next crafting adventure? The Ready to Ride DSP, the Brushed Bouquet stamp set, the Kind & Sincere stamp set from Stampin' Up! are the perfect tools to make heartfelt thank-you cards to show your gratitude. Whether you are a card making enthusiast or a novice, these products will help you create stunning cards to give to your family and friends.
