Easy Card Ideas with the Sweet Strawberry Stamp Set (Minus the Strawberries!)

I have 3 easy card ideas using the Sweet Strawberry stamp set from the 2021 January-June Mini Catalog. However, I didn't use the strawberry image on any of these cards! This is the 3rd part of my Craft Box Challenge Video Series. So, I'm using the limited supplies that I have put in my box which includes the Sweet Strawberry stamp set and punch. Plus, this week, I've snuck in something extra. So, on y go! Let's get stamping.

Simple Hello Card Design

My first card design features a cluster of Coastal Cabana flowers nestled in Granny Apple Green leaves on a Basic Gray and Coastal Cabana background. I love this color combination as the gray and blue really pop!

Coastal Cabana cardstock:

• 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
• 3 1/4" x 2 3/4"

Basic White thick cardstock:

• 3" x 2 1/2"
• 5 1/4" x 4"
• scraps

Basic Gray patterned paper: 1/2 sheet 6" x 6" paper cut diagonally

Sweet Birthday Card Idea

Since I added the 6" x 6" patterned paper to the mix this week, it gave me the opportunity to use some softer colors on a card. I chose Brights cardstock for my craft box which means all of the colors I am making are rather, well, bright. For this sweet birthday card, I chose Calypso Coral, Mint Macaron, Soft Sea Foam, and So Saffron patterned paper to create a softer look. 

Basic White thick cardstock:

• 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
• 4 3/4" x 1"

Calypso Coral patterned paper: 5 1/4" x 4"

Sunny Thank You Card Design

My final card design for today features a sunny mix of yellow and orange. I chose patterned paper in Mango Melody, So Saffron, Crushed Curry, and Pumpkin Pie and placed it on a Mango Melody card base. The sentiment is accented with a simple Mango Melody flower with a pair of Granny Apple Green leaves.

Mango Melody cardstock:

• 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
• 1 3/16" x 3 3/16"

Daffodil Delight cardstock: 1 1/2" x 3 1/2"
Basic White thick cardstock:

• 1" x 3"
• 5 1/4" x 4"
