I absolutely love card sketches for creating easy DIY greeting cards, especially when I can use some patterned paper on them. Here is a great sketch that is so easy to use! I actually used patterned paper for the center rectangle, but you could stamp a pattern there, or maybe use an embossed layer. There are so many possibilities for this sketch!

We made this card as part of this week's Stamp with Me Tuesday where we did Mystery Stamping. I do Mystery Stamping once per month on YouTube, usually the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Hello Ladybug Card

For my first sample handmade card, I didn't use patterned paper. Instead, I stamped the background using the Hello Ladybug stamp set. I stamped a soft background in Soft Sea Foam, Lemon Lolly, and Petal Pink.

I used a 2" circle punch to punch the circle. Then, I stamped the ladybug on top of it with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and Calypso Coral.

Trucking Along with a Handmade Card

I absolutely love how cute the little pick-up truck is in the Trucking Along stamp set. For this card, I stamped it on a Very Vanilla circle cut with the Stylish Shapes dies. I also cut the banner at the top with the stylish shapes dies.

For the background, I used the Let's Go Fishing patterned paper. I love the simple Pecan Pie gingham. It's such a sweet background for this little truck.
