Easy Gift Card Holder that's Perfect for Mother's Day or Graduations

Mother's Day and Graduation are right around the corner along with teachers gifts, baby showers, and weddings. Here is the perfect card idea that is also a gift card holder. Just tuck a gift card in the pocket and it's ready to give. Plus, with patterned paper, they are super quick and easy to make! Be sure to read all the way through to the end, because I might just have some new catalog sneak peeks too... So, on y go! Let's get stamping.

Shower Gift Card Holder Idea

This first example would be perfect for a baby shower, wedding shower, or even a birthday. It uses the Sand & Sea patterned paper from the Stampin' Up! January-June Mini Catalog. The front piece is stamped with the Field of Flowers stamp set which is scheduled to be discontinued May 3.

White or Vanilla cardstock:

• 5 ¼” x 4”

Graduation Card Idea

This fun graduation card uses the retiring Playing with Patterns patterned paper and So Much Happy stamp set. It is stamped in Coastal Cabana and Night of Navy. Instead of using a strip of patterned paper on the right side of the interior. I stamped the smaller balloons along the edge.

Mother's Day Card Design

This card uses the exact same cutting dimensions as the previous card, but the front panel has been flipped the other direction. This card uses the Welcoming Window stamp set which is in the January-June Mini Catalog and is carrying over to the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. I've paired the stamps with the Fine Art Floral patterned paper from the Mini Catalog.

Sneak Peek of the Beauty of the Earth Suite

Here's a little sneak peek from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog of the Beauty of the Earth suite which includes the Beauty of Friendship stamp set, Beautiful Trees dies, and Beauty of the Earth patterned paper. 

This suite is absolutely gorgeous! The patterned paper has water color designs that will work fabulously with the dies to create watercolor trees. 

The trees are stamped in Granny Apple Green, Mossy Meadow, and Early Espresso. I added Polished Pink spots to one of the trees to suggest flowers and a spring tree.
