Father's Day and Other Cards for Guys with He's All That Stamps

It's hard to believe that it is already the middle of May! Before you know it, Father's Day will be here. The He's the Man suite from Stampin' Up!® is perfect for creating Father's Day cards or other masculine cards. It has you covered! Birthday, anniversary, congratulations - whatever handmade cards you need to make for guys, the He's All That stamp set is perfect. I used it to create a variety of slim line cards.

The suite has the He's All That Stamp set, coordinating dies, Rustic Metallic Dots, and the He's the Man patterned paper. This Designer Series Paper pack is unique because it has 2 sheets of already die-cut images that just pop out. You don't even need the stamps to create great cards. Anniversary Card Idea for Guys

This is the first card that I made during last night's YouTube live. It's such an easy slim line card to make. I stamped the sentiment/image with Early Espresso and colored it with Stampin' Blends. I didn't have the Soft Succulent blends to match, so I cheated and used Mint Macaron.

Father's Day Card Idea

Last week, I shared how to ink up your embossing folder to create a unique embossed background. (You can see that here.) For this card, I inked the Hive 3D embossing folder with white ink and embossed a piece of Basic Black. Then, I tore the bottom and mounted it on another piece of Basic Black.

Sahara Sand: 8 1/2" x 7 1/2", scored at 3 1/2"
Basic Black: 8 1/8" x 3 1/8"
Basic Black: 6 1/2" x 3"

Father's Day Slim Line Card Design

Here's another slim line card idea for Father's Day. I stamped the Sahara Sand layer with Sahara Sand ink. Each time, I stamped 2-3 times before re-inking. Be sure to watch the replay of the video if you'd like to see exactly how I made this card.

One last easy slim line card idea for you for Father's Day. For this card, I simply stamped the sentiment with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and cut it out with the dies. I layered it on another die-cut piece of Basic Black. I stamped the Father's Day sentiment on the inside. Super quick and easy to make!
