Faux Window Card Layout for Fall

For the August Card Class & Game Night, we made a card using a great faux window layout. I loved it so much that I made more! Plus, I have a video where I show exactly how to make this fun card layout. So, on y go! Let's get stamping.

Simple Handmade Card Idea

This card uses this faux window layout, but it is a very simple card and easy to make. Just stamp the trees from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set with Early Espresso, Soft Succulent, and Shaded Spruce. Then, lay the window piece over top using Stampin' Dimensionals underneath. So simple!

Cutting Dimensions for this Easy Card Design

Card base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"
Layer: 5 1/4" x 4"
Cut-out circle: approximately 2 7/8" diameter

Sunset Card with Nature's Harvest Stamps

You can see that the basic card layout for this handmade autumn card is the same, but now I've added a lot more texture and some additional elements on the front. Watch the video above to see how I created the sunset background with the Harvest Meadow patterned paper. This beautiful thank you card idea is sure to make anyone smile.
