I love patterned paper! I love it so much that I just can't bear to throw even the smallest scraps away. If you're like me, this means you have a bunch of scrapbooking paper scraps. Today, I have a fun card design that is perfect for using up patterned paper scraps! So, on y go! Let's get stamping.
Graduation Card Ideas with Paper Scraps
The World of Good patterned paper is perfect for a more masculine card design. I used copper foil for these graduation cards to match the copper accents in the paper. The "congratulations" stamp is from the retiring Here's a Card stamp set. I love this stamp set. It has great outside and inside greetings. I used Jet Black Stazon ink to stamp directly on the copper foil.
The Hooray for you card uses the Quite Curvy stamp set for the sentiment which is heat embossed with copper embossing powder.
This cute hello card uses the Hot Dog stamp set from the January-June Mini Catalog. I've paired it with the Playful Pets patterned paper. I colored the playful dachshund with Gray Granite Stampin' Blends. The dog piece is cut using the Tasteful Labels punch. I added ribbon with the Playful Pets ribbon combo pack for a little more red and black.
