Online Cardmaking Class with the Petal Park Stamp Set

The Petal Park stamp set is so much fun and perfect for making beautiful floral cards! Plus, it has a coordinating punch. These stamps are part of the Regency Park suite of products along with the Sentimental Park stamp set and dies and the Regency Park Designer Series Paper.

I used this vibrant patterned paper to create the three cards for tonight's online card class. If you missed it, you can watch the replay below (click Read More). You can also grab the tutorial from my tutorial store to get all of the measurements for these three cards.

Floral Thank You Card

The Petal Park stamp set does not include sentiments, but it is perfect for combining with the Sentimental Park stamp set, another sentiment stamp set, or dies like the Amazing Thanks dies. 

I stamped the flowers in Night of Navy and pulled in the color from the outline with a Wink of Stella Brush Marker. Not only does it add a little color to the flowers, it also makes them sparkle. 

The main flower on this card was attached with a wobble. If you haven't tried these before, they are so cool! They allow the flower to wobble about. Stampin' Up!® doesn't sell wobbles, but you can get them on Amazon. 

Easy Fun Fold Card: Pop Out Gate Fold

This fun fold card looks difficult, but it's actually quite easy. Just a few cuts and a few score lines and you have a beautiful fun fold card. The pop out gate fold is so cool! I cut the tag with the Sentimental Park dies and stamped a sentiment from the Hello Beautiful stamp set in Night of Navy.

Simple Handmade Thank You Card

This handmade thank you card is so simple. The Regency Park patterned paper really helps give the card pizzazz. I slid my finger under the striped piece to raise it up a little bit and help it stand out. A few stamped flowers are the perfect addition to the front of the card.

I cut the circle with the Stylish Shapes dies and adhered it to the piece of patterned paper. Then, I trimmed off the edges. I stamped the sentiment from the Sentimental Park stamp set with Night of Navy on the circle. 

The flowers are Balmy Blue with Garden Green leaves and embellished with Champagne Rhinestones.
