Do you love cute little shops, boutiques, and book stores? I have been so lucky this summer because as I tromp through Europe, I've been surrounded by these adorable shops. Let's Go Shopping for Books

Do you have book lovers in your life? My oldest loves to read and has so many books! Why not create an adorable handmade card featuring the cutest little bookstore? 

With the Let's Go Shopping stamps, you can decide which kind of shop you'd like to make. Maybe it's a café, or a bakery, or a clothing shop instead! There are so many choices. 

While this card doesn't have a sentiment, I think it would make a great birthday card with a gift card to your favorite book store tucked inside. Or maybe just a fun notecard to say hello to someone.

Missing You Card

This little empty bench perfectly conveys the thought of missing someone. While the background might look stamped, it is one of the pieces of the Les Shoppes patterned paper. 

For the focal point of this missing you card, I started by cutting a piece of Balmy Blue cardstock with the Nested Essentials dies. Then, I used the Let's Go Shopping dies to cut out the lamp post and bench. Finally, I stamped the sentiment on Basic White and cut it into pieces that I added with Stampin' Dimensionals.

To create even more dimension, I embossed the background with the Distressed Brick 3D embossing folder. It ties in so well with the theme of quaint old buildings.

Simple Handmade Birthday Card

This stamp is is so versatile that you don't even need the buildings to create a cute card. This simple handmade birthday card features the Les Shoppes patterned paper in Petal Pink and Calypso Coral. I added three little potted plants and the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Let's Go Shopping stamp set.

​Like the previous card, I added a little texture to the background with the Distressed Brick 3D embossing folder.
