Quick and Easy Christmas Card Idea

We made this super simple card design for last night's Mystery Stamping. all you need is a little patterned paper, stamps, and cardstock. I made three Christmas Card samples, but you could use this same design with all sorts of stamps and for different seasons.

Cutting Dimensions for this Simple Layout

This card is very simple to make! Here are the cutting dimensions:

• Cardstock: 8 ½” x 5 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”
• Cardstock: 2 3/8” x 3 5/8”
• Coordinating Cardstock: 2 ¾” x 4”
• White or Vanilla Cardstock: 2 ¼” x 3 ½”
• White or Vanilla Cardstock: 5 ¼” x 4”
• Patterned Paper: 5 ¼” x 4”

Holly Jolly Christmas Card

I used the Christmas to Remember stamp set to stamp the sentiment in the center of the Basic White cardstock. Then, I stamped the border with the Christmas Season stamp set. I layered it on Heartwarming Hugs patterned paper and added a little Crinkled White seam binding.

Snowflake Holiday Card Idea

My final holiday card idea uses the Snowflake wishes stamp set. I stamped the sentiment in Basic Gray and then added some Pool Party snowflakes around the edge. It's layered on Basic Gray and Pool Party cardstock and the Peaceful Place patterned paper. I love the silver snowflakes on this patterned paper. For even more bling, I added some Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the centers of the snowflakes and a little Wink of Stella to the wide areas of the sentiment.
