Quick Handmade Cards with the Cactus Cuties Stamp Set

1/27/2022

Easy handmade card idea with the Cactus Cuties stamp set and Sunshine & Rainbows patterned paper (available FREE during Sale-A-Bration 2022) from Stampin' Up! These cards are made with the Memories & More Cards & Envelopes making it even easier to make handmade cards.
The Cactus Cuties stamp set is so much fun and perfect for making bright and cheery cards or more masculine cards in neutral colors. (See my samples of that over here.)

Today, I've paired it with the Memories & More cards and envelopes as well as the Sunshine & Rainbows patterned paper to make some super quick and easy cards! You'll love how easy it is to put these cards together. These are prefect cards for beginner stampers because they only use the card pack, some Basic White cardstock, three ink pads, and the patterned paper (which you can get for free!).

If you missed it, be sure to check out my YouTube video where I shared with you step-by-step how to make these colorful handmade cards. I go live every Thursday evening at 8pm Eastern on YouTube with more card making tips, tricks, and inspiration!

Be sure to read all the way through this post for all of the measurements and supply lists for these fun handmade cards as well as more sample cards!

Ok, on y go! Let's get stamping.

Punched Images from Patterned Paper

My first card is one of the smaller notecards from the Memories & More note cards & envelopes pack. I use the Cactus Builder punch to punch the shapes from the Sunshine & Rainbow patterned paper to build the cacti.

Striped pattern paper: 3" x 4"
Basic White: 2 1/4" x 3 1/4"
Scraps of the Sunshine & Rainbows patterned paper for punching.

Make quick and easy cards with the Memories & More Cards & Envelopes and a great stamp set like the Cactus Cuties set from Stampin' Up! Plus, for even more ease, add in colorful patterned paper like the Sunshine & Rainbows Designer Series Paper that you can get for FREE during Sale-A-Bration 2022.

Full-Sized Card with the Cactus Cuties

This is one of the full-sized 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" cards in the Memories & More Note Cards & Envelopes pack.

Striped patterned paper: 6" x 2"
Magenta Madness patterned paper: 2 1/2" x 3 3/4"
Bermuda Bay patterned paper: 2 3/16" x 3 7/16"
Basic White: 3 1/4" x 2" - plus scraps for stamping

Another Bright Cactus Cuties Card Idea

Here's another handmade card idea using the Cactus Cuties bundle with the Sunshine & Happiness stamp set. As you can see, this is a more stepped up version with some heat embossing and extra embellishments.

If you haven't noticed, I absolutely LOVE the Sunshine & Rinabows patterned paper. It is so colorful! And you can get it for FREE during Sale-A-Bration with a $50 order. So, when you order the Cactus Cuties bundle, the Memories & More Note Cards & Envelopes, and a couple ink pads, you can get the patterned paper free and be ready to make some awesome cards!
