Simple Stamping Christmas Card

Here's the simple stamping version of this handmade Christmas card using only stamps, ink, and paper. This card has minimal layers and is super quick and easy to make.

I love how the Joy of Christmas patterned paper works so well with the Cottage Wreaths stamp set. I stamped the wreath in Shaded Spruce and Real Red and used the coordinating colored cardstock to finish this card off.

Stepped Up Version of this Handmade Christmas Card

Here is the stepped up version of this same basic design for this handmade Christmas card. You can see that this version has lots layers and uses the coordinating die cuts to cut out the stamped images. For a little extra bling, I added some of the Festive Pearls on the die-cut wreath.

I love how this wreath pops on the plaid red patterned paper!

Welcome Home Handmade Card

I used the Joy of Christmas pattered paper to create the door on the front of this card welcome home card. I love the wood grain pattern on this paper.

To the door, I added a wreath cut from the Joy of Christmas Designer Series Paper. I cut two different patterns and layered them for the wreath. I also cut the bow from the patterned paper and added it to the wreath.

For a realistic look, I finished the door with a Brushed Metallic Dot for the door handle.

Handmade Christmas Card with Gold Accents

This handmade Christmas card has lots of shiny gold accents. For the red patterned paper, I used the Joy of Christmas papers like I did for the other sample cards above. But, to that I added some of the Joyful specialty paper that features sprigs in gold with red berries.

I cut the wood grain patterned paper with the Radiating Stitches dies and then added the sentiment on white and gold punched with the Double Oval Punch. I added stamped branches and die-cut gold foil branches to create the boughs.
Imagine gifting a handmade Christmas card, crafted using the exquisite Cottage Wreaths stamp set by Stampin' Up! The Joy of Christmas Designer Series Paper and Joyful specialty paper create a delightful blend of colors and patterns that will make your card the talk of the town. Dive into the joy of crafting, and leave the recipients speechless.
