Colorful Translucent Floral Card

Here is the colorful translucent floral card that I shared in the video. I used Brights 6"x6" patterned paper under the flowers. I used a blending brush to add the same color ink to the patterned paper: Poppy Parade, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight.

I stamped the flowers with Poppy Parade and Granny Apple Green and cut them with the coordinating Translucent Floral dies. I used the Nested Essentials dies for the sentiment. This is my favorite new die set and I use it for everything!

Simple Floral Birthday Card

Like the card above, I created a tone-on-tone look for the patterned paper by adding Pumpkin Pie ink with a blending brush.

I stamped the flower in Pumpkin Pie and Granny Apple Green ink on a piece of Basic White cardstock that I cut with the Radiating Stitches dies. This fabulous die set is one of Stampin' Up!'s online exclusives that you won't find in a catalog, only on the website.

Create a Die-Cut Flower

This card uses the coordinating Translucent Florals dies to create a beautiful flower on this card front. I used a blending brush to add a little ink to the outside of the shapes to add definition.

The flower is built on a vellum circle cut with the Stylish Shapes dies. I put the adhesive for the vellum circle where the flower would be so that the adhesive doesn't show on the front of the card.

I added a strand of the Silver-Threaded Twine and a sentiment over it.
