Want to make some handmade cards quickly? Big sentiment stamps, like the Big Hooray stamp set from Stampin' Up!®, are perfect for quick card making. During my YouTube live this week, I shared an idea for making an easy card using the Stamparatus and this stamp set. If you missed, you'll definitely want to check it out to see exactly how to make this card. Once you know the tricks, it's super easy!

I also shared more ideas for using the Big Hooray stamp set. These stamps are perfect for making cards by themselves or for combining with other stamp sets like the Fond of Autumn stamp set. They are just the perfect addition to any stamp collection. Believe me, you're gonna want these on your shelf!

Want even more ideas with the Big Hooray stamp set? We'll be using these stamps for the October online card class. Registration is now open. We'll be making three cards with just the Big Hooray stamp set, including a fun fold card. When you register for the class, you get a card kit with all the pre-cut paper to make the cards along with as well as the written tutorials for the cards.

Ok, on y go! Let's get stamping.

Many Thanks on this Thank You Card

Here is the card that I made during Thursday night's YouTube live. This card is so easy to make with the Stamparatus stamping platform. I lined up the strips of cardstock on the platform and held them down with the super-strength magnets. Then, I stamped the Thanks on the top strip. I moved the door down one spot and stamped again. I kept doing this until I had stamped all 5 strips of cardstock. With the Stamparatus, I was able to get them all perfectly aligned.

Make a Fall Card

This card has a few more steps to it than the last card. But it makes the perfect card for fall to just let someone know you're thinking about them.

I stamped the leaves from the Fond of Autumn stamp set and colored them with Stampin' Blends alcohol markers. I used the coordinating Autumn Bouquet dies to cut them out. Then, I layered two leaf sections on the front of the card.

I stamped the sentiment with Cajun Craze and cut it out with my Paper Snips. With a little Silver-Threaded Twine and Rustic Metallic Dots, you have a simple fall card.

Hooray! I can't say it enough!

I used the Stamparatus again on this card. I started by stamping the Hooray in Daffodil Delight. Then, I moved it down one spot and stamped it in Pumpkin Pie. Then, I moved the stamp and lined it up under the Pumpkin Pie "Hooray." I stamped it in Poppy Parade, then moved it up one spot and stamped again with Mango melody.

This created an ombre effect with the sentiment. I used the Stylish Shapes dies to cut a couple of banners. I clipped them in half to make them long enough to go all the way across the card. With the big, bold sentiment, this card is done in a jiffy!

Big Hugs to You!

This may be the simplest card of the bunch! Using Crushed Curry, I stamped the Big on a piece of Basic White cardstock and cut it out with the All That dies. Then, I stamped "Hugs" with Cajun Craze.

I also stamped "Hugs" in Cajun Craze down a piece of Cajun Craze cardstock. I layered this on Crushed Curry cardstock and some Crushed Curry Designer Series Paper. A little Linen Thread and some Amber gems and this card is done!
