Z Fold Card Samples using the Forever Fern and Tree Angle Stamp Sets

I am loving this fun fold card featuring a z fold. This is a great card making idea for Christmas, birthdays, or any occasion when you want a little something special. I tried it with the Forever Fern and Tree Angle stamp sets and the Forever Greenery and 'Tis the Season Stampin' Up! paper, but it would work with any stamps and patterned paper. It's such a quick and easy card design that shows off all that pretty patterned paper or scrapbooking paper you have hidden in your stash. 

Before I jump into the card samples of this z fold card and the dimensions, I have a couple of Stampin' Up! reminders and announcements.

Z Fold Card Cutting Dimensions

Cardstock: 4 1/8” x 11”, score at 4 1/8” & 6 7/8”
Patterned Paper:

• (2) 3 3/8” x 3 3/8”
• 2 x 3 3/8”

Coordinating cardstock:

• (2) 3 9/16” x 3 9/16”
• 2 3/16” x 3 9/16”

White or Vanilla cardstock:

• 3” x 2”
• 2 ½” x 2 ½”

Tree Angle Z fold Christmas Card

My first z fold card idea uses the Tree Angle stamp set and the 'Tis the Season 6" x 6" patterned paper. I stamped the trees in Shaded Spruce and Real Red ink to match the paper and added Bumblebee stars and Soft Suede tree trunks. The ribbon is from the All the Trimmings Ribbon Combo Pack. This is a quick and easy card idea because of the coordinating Stampin' Up! papers, inks, and embellishments! I love how simple it is to pull together.

Z Fold Card Idea & the Forever Fern Stamp Set

My second z fold card idea uses the Forever Fern stamp set and the Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper. I absolutely love this stamp set and the coordinating patterned paper. It's just yummy goodness. I added a little of the ribbon from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo pack to the front. This ribbon is fabulous! The off-white gauzy one is so soft and easy to tie and the gold cord adds that little bit of bling that every card needs. You'll want to watch my video on emboss resist where I give you some tips on how to use the gold cord without frustration.
