Mother's Day and Graduation are right around the corner along with teachers gifts, baby showers, and weddings. Here is the perfect card idea that is also a gift card holder. Just tuck a gift card in the pocket and it's ready to give. Plus, with patterned paper, they are super quick and easy to make! Be sure to read all the way through to the end, because I might just have some new catalog sneak peeks too... So, on y go! Let's get stamping. Shower Gift Card Holder IdeaThis first example would be perfect for a baby shower, wedding shower, or even a birthday. It uses the Sand & Sea patterned paper from the Stampin' Up! January-June Mini Catalog. The front piece is stamped with the Field of Flowers stamp set which is scheduled to be discontinued May 3. Graduation Card IdeaThis fun graduation card uses the retiring Playing with Patterns patterned paper and So Much Happy stamp set. It is stamped in Coastal Cabana and Night of Navy. Instead of using a strip of patterned paper on the right side of the interior. I stamped the smaller balloons along the edge. Mother's Day Card DesignThis card uses the exact same cutting dimensions as the previous card, but the front panel has been flipped the other direction. This card uses the Welcoming Window stamp set which is in the January-June Mini Catalog and is carrying over to the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. I've paired the stamps with the Fine Art Floral patterned paper from the Mini Catalog.

This fun birthday card and all-purpose card are bright and colorful. They use a dynamic color combination of Pretty Peacock, Granny Apple Green, and Magenta Madness. The bright colors paired with the bold patterns of The Right Triangle stamp set make these cards pop! This fabulous triangle stamp set that coordinates perfectly with the Stitched Triangle dies. While the dies will still be available, the Right Triangle stamp set will be discontinued at the end of April Many of the retiring items, particularly dies, paper, and punches are on sale. You can shop the Last Chance sale by clicking here. So, on y go! Let's get stamping.
Simply Bright Hello Card IdeaI stamped some of the triangles from The Right Triangle stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink on Pool Party cardstock, Granny Apple Green ink on Pear Pizzazz cardstock, and Magenta Madness ink on Petal Pink cardstock. I cut out the triangles with the Stitched Triangles dies and layered them on a Magenta Madness card front. While the design is abstract, it reminds me of mountains and a lake with a starry sky stamped with Magenta Madness ink in the background. I cut the Magenta Madness card front with the Stitched Rectangle dies, mounted it on Granny Apple Green cardstock, and layered it on a Pretty Peacock card base. I stamped "HELLO" from the Forever Fern stamp set on Basic White and cut it with another Stitched Rectangle die. I mounted it over a piece of the Forever Greenery Trim to finish off the card.
