These little Halloween treats are easy to make and perfect for handing out to trick-or-treaters or giving to friends. Each one has a mini candy bar tucked inside. Plus, they don't need a lot of fancy supplies to make them. It's basically just stamps, ink, paper, and a little ribbon. I used the Clever Cats stamp set, but you could use other Halloween stamps. Your kids, grandkids, or neighbors will smile to find these in their trick-or-treat buckets. Be sure to read all the way through to see ideas for using these ideas for other holidays as well.
